When Will My Order Be Shipped?
Orders placed before 11am MST Monday-Friday are dispatched same day. Orders placed after 11am ship next day.
When Will My Roses Arrive?
Roses are shipped via USPS from our office in Denver and arrive within 2-5 business days in the United State. Next-day express shipping is available during checkout.
Are Infinity Roses real?
Our entire collection of Roses are real, cut at their peak state, and preserved using a 100% natural plant-based preservation liquid.
Can I design my own arrangement?
We try to accommodate all custom requests. Please email info@denverroses.com and a team member will help you create your ideal arrangement. Visit our Custom Orders section to see what we have created.
What are the care instructions?
Do not water the roses. Avoid direct exposure to sunlight. Keep the arrangement in a room-temperature environment. Do not remove the roses from the box.
Can I Request A Specific Delivery Date?
Yes! During checkout, there is a “hold for delivery” option allowing you to choose the delivery date.
Do you perform deliveries in the Denver Metro area?
Yes! If you reside in the Denver Metro Area, we may hand deliver your product upon request at no extra charge.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, we do not presently ship internationally. However, this may change in the near future. Please sign up for the email list below to stay posted.
